Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & The "Launchpad" Period

● Monthly Activation: Activation of a monthly membership requires a 90-day Launchpad Fee ($59.00 for BeeCool/BeeSure or $89.00 for BeeSafe).

● Launchpad Purpose: This fee covers your first 90 days of membership dues upfront. It initiates your 90-Day Launchpad Priority status, providing immediate access to member pricing and priority dispatch.

● Annual Prepay: For members choosing the Annual Prepay option, the Launchpad requirement is satisfied by the full 12-month payment. Annual memberships are billed at a discounted rate and provide continuous coverage from the date of purchase.

2. Membership Billing & Renewal

● Monthly Dues: Recurring payments begin automatically on day 91 of your membership.

● Annual Dues: Membership is paid in full at enrollment and renews automatically on your anniversary date.

● Cancellation: To prevent further charges, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation.

3. The "Reliable" Service Benefits

● BeeCool AC Club: Includes (2) Seasonal Precision AC Tune-Ups per year to ensure warranty compliance and system longevity.

● BeeSafe Whole Home Club: Includes (2) AC Tune-Ups plus (1) Plumbing Health Check and (1) Electrical Safety Audit annually.

● Diagnostic Savings (All Trades):

○ BeeCool/BeeSure: Reduced $49.00 business-hour service calls and $89.00 emergency after-hours dispatch.

○ BeeSafe: $0.00 business-hour diagnostics and $59.00 emergency after-hours dispatch.

● Extended Warranty: While a membership is active, labor warranties on qualified repairs are extended from 90 days to one full year.

4. Scope of Specialized Services

● Water Heater Flushing: Included in the BeeSafe Plumbing Health Check for units under six (6) years of age. Units on well water, or those showing signs of excessive scale/corrosion, may be excluded to prevent system failure.

● Condensate Blow-outs: BeeSafe members receive complimentary condensate drain line blow-outs between regularly scheduled visits if the system experiences a backup.

5. Fair-Play & Performance Policies

● Root Cause Requirement: "No-Charge" service for recurring symptoms (e.g., drain clogs) is contingent upon the homeowner completing recommended "Root Cause" repairs identified by our technicians. Failure to address identified system upgrades (such as rusted coils or unsealed ductwork) will result in future visits for that issue being billed at standard rates.

● Discount Recapture: If significant repair or equipment discounts are received and the membership is canceled within the first 6 months, ReliaBee reserves the right to bill for the "Discount Recapture" value.

● No Long-Term Contracts: Members may cancel anytime after the initial 90-day Launchpad period.
