Please select a day and time that is convenient for you. On the next screen you’ll provide your profile and account information and reason for request. You can report a system performance issue “ac not cooling” or “schedule a system replacement consultation”. You’ll get an email confirmation following the scheduling and a text reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment. On the day of service, you’ll also get a text notification when the technician or consultant is in route to your appointment.
