We purchased a $10,000 new Daikin HVAC unit from TemperaturePro In August 2021.16 months later an error occurred and it stopped working. TemperaturePro came out and found the problem. It was a defective part that needed to be replaced – very unusual- something that had never occurred before with the Daikins. They contacted the manufacturer and had the hand-made part sent to them within two days! They spent a day making the repair – decided to consider all of it covered by the warranty- and invoiced us for $0.00! TemperaturePro is the best! We will be continuing to use them for service.
